About Terrell

Terrell, as a means to help support the Nathaniel M. Kirkland Foundation, worked part time as a server at various Iron Hill Brewery locations, including Maple Shade, Chestnut Hill, North Wales, and Ardmore.  Terrell also owned and managed his own real estate properties in the Philadelphia area.  

Terrell L. Bruce

Terrell Leon Bruce was born on Wednesday, November 2, 1983, at The Medical College of Pennsylvania Hospital at 1:43 AM, seven minutes after fraternal twin Brandon S. Bruce.  Terrell attended A.B. Day School, Henry H. Houston School, and Roxborough High School.  After losing his mom, Anita P. Adams, a single mother, at the age of thirteen to leukemia, Terrell overcame life's early obstacles by later attending Manor College and earning his associate degree in Liberal Arts.  Terrell went on to receive his Bachelor of Science degree from La Salle University.


Terrell, a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and licensed realtor in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, worked as a full time real estate agent at RE/MAX Connection in Marlton, NJ.  Terrell was coming into his own as a realtor with forty-one sales in his last twelve months and ninety-seven sales in less than four years.  Terrell also provided pro bono credit counseling to hopeful first time home buyers to help them improve their credit scores.
